Terms and Conditions
제 1 조 목적(Purpose)
- 이 약관은 시사인사이드(이하 회사)가 제공하는 모든 서비스(이하 서비스)를 이용하는 고객(이하 회원)과 회사가 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 권리와 의무, 그리고 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
- The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters between customers (hereinafter 'Members') and the Company using all services (hereinafter 'Services') provided by SISAINSIDE(hereinafter 'Company').
제 2 조 약관의 효력과 변경(Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
- 서비스는 본 약관에 규정된 조항을 회원이 수락하는 것을 조건으로 제공되며 회원이 회원가입시 "동의" 버튼을 누름과 동시에 이 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
- 회사는 불가피한 변경의 사유가 있을 때 약관을 임의로 변경할 권한을 가지며 변경된 약관은 온라인을 통해 공지됨으로써 효력이 발생됩니다.
- 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며 변경된 약관의 효력발생일 이후에도 계속적으로 서비스를 이용하는 경우에는 회원이 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- The Service is provided subject to the Member's acceptance of the provisions set forth in these Terms, and the Member's acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur upon pressing the "Accept" button upon registration.
- The Company reserves the right to change the Terms arbitrarily when there are reasons for unavoidable changes, and the changed Terms will be effective by being announced online.
- Members may request withdrawal if they do not agree to the changed Terms, and if they continue to use the Service after the effective date of the changed Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms.
제 3 조 이용계약의 체결(Conclusion of User Agreement)
- 이용계약은 회원의 회원가입 신청을 회사가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
- 회사는 신청서의 내용이 허위이거나 규정한 제반 사항을 위반하여 신청한 경우 가입 신청을 거절할 수 있습니다.
- The User Agreement is concluded by the company's acceptance of the member's application for membership.
- The Company may reject an application for membership if the contents of the application are false or if the application is made in violation of the stipulated provisions.
제 4 조 이용계약의 해지(Termination of User Agreement)
- 회원은 회사에 언제든 이용계약의 해지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 회원의 해지 요청이 접수된 즉시 회원을 탈퇴 처리 하고 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 경우를 제외한 개인정보를 삭제합니다.
- 회사는 회원이 제7조 회원의 의무에 위배되는 행위를 한 경우 사전통지 없이 이용계약의 해지, 제한, 정지할 수 있습니다.
- The Member may request the Company to terminate the User Agreement at any time.
- Upon receipt of the Member's request for termination, the Company shall immediately process the Member's withdrawal and delete personal information except as specified in relevant laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy.
- The Company may terminate, restrict, or suspend the Use Agreement without prior notice if the Member has engaged in conduct that violates the Member's obligations under Article 7.
제 5 조 서비스(Services Provided)
- 회사는 이 사이트를 통해 뉴스를 제공(이하 뉴스 서비스)합니다.
- 회사는 필요한 경우 서비스의 내용을 추가, 변경, 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- The company provides news (hereinafter 'News Service') through this site.
- The company may add, change, or delete the contents of the above service as necessary.
제 6 조 회사의 의무(Company's Duty)
- 회사는 지속적, 안정적으로 서비스가 제공되도록 최선의 노력을 다하여야 합니다.
- 회사는 365일 24시간 서비스 제공을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 정기점검, 천재지변, 비상사태 등 부득이한 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
- The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that the Service is provided continuously and reliably.
- In principle, the Company shall provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be suspended for unavoidable reasons such as regular maintenance, natural disasters, and emergencies.
제 7 조 회원의 의무(Member's Obligations)
- 아이디(ID)와 비밀번호(PW)에 관한 관리 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
- 회원은 자신의 ID를 제3자에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.
- 회원은 자신의 ID가 부정하게 사용된 경우 반드시 회사에 통보하여야 합니다.
- 회원 가입 시 입력 항목에 허위, 오기, 누락이 없어야 합니다.
- 회원은 제3자의 권리나 저작권 등을 침해하는 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
- 회원은 이 약관 및 관계법령에서 규정한 사항을 준수하여야 하며 기타 회사의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.
- 회원은 회사의 사전 승낙없이 뉴스 서비스를 이용하여 어떠한 영리행위도 할 수 없습니다.
- Members are responsible for managing their own IDs and passwords.
- Members may not transfer or lend their IDs to third parties.
- Members must notify the Company if their ID is used fraudulently.
- The member shall ensure that there are no falsehoods, errors, or omissions in the input items when registering for membership.
- Members shall not engage in any behavior that infringes on the rights or copyrights of third parties.
- Members shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and related laws and regulations, and shall not engage in other acts that interfere with the Company's business.
- Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the Service without the prior consent of the Company.
제 8 조 개인정보의 보호(Protecting Personal Information)
- 회사는 서비스와 관련하여 수집된 회원의 개인정보를 본인의 사전 승낙없이 제3자에게 공개 또는 배포할 수 없습니다. 다만 관련 법령에 의한 관계기관의 요구가 있을 경우 그러하지 아니합니다.
- 회사는 개인정보 보호책임자를 비롯한 개인정보에 관한 기타 사항을 별도로 정한 “개인정보처리방침”에 기재하여 공지합니다.
- The Company shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of members collected in connection with the Service to any third party without the prior consent of the member. However, this shall not apply if required by relevant authorities under relevant laws.
- The Company shall disclose other matters related to personal information, including the person in charge of personal information protection, in the separately established "Privacy Policy".
제 9 조 저작권(Copyright)
- 뉴스 서비스를 통해 제공되는 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 회사, 회사에 콘텐츠를 제공하는 제공자, 광고주 등의 적법한 권리자에게 있습니다. 따라서 저작권자의 사전 승낙 없이 이를 복제, 출판, 전송, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 할 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 저작권에 관한 기타 사항을 별도로 정한 “저작권보호정책”을 홈페이지에 게재합니다.
- The copyright in the content provided through the News Service belongs to the Company, its providers, advertisers, and other legitimate rights holders. Therefore, you may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit it or make it available to third parties without the prior permission of the copyright holder.
- The Company will post the "Copyright Protection Policy" on the homepage, which separately establishes other matters related to copyright.
제 10 조 면책(Disclaimers)
- 회사는 서비스를 통해 제공된 정보, 상품, 제품, 서비스, 이미지, 음성, 동영상 등의 정확성, 신빙성 등에 관한 어떠한 보증 또는 담보책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 회원이 회사의 웹 사이트 등에 게시한 게시물의 내용에 대해 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.
- The Company does not bear any warranty or liability for the accuracy, reliability, etc. of the information, goods, products, services, images, voice, videos, etc. provided through the Service.
- The Company does not assume any responsibility for the content of any postings made by Members on the Company's website, etc.
제 11 조 기타(Other)
- 이 약관의 해석과 적용, 그리고 이와 관련한 분쟁의 해결에는 대한민국 법령 규정을 따릅니다.
- 서비스 이용으로 인한 분쟁으로 소송이 제기될 경우 회사의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원 또는 대한민국의 민사소송법에 따른 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions, and the resolution of any disputes relating thereto.
- If a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters or a court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea shall be the competent court.
부칙(Supplementary Provision)
- 이 이용약관은 2022. 8. 1.부터 시행합니다.
- 이 약관이 개정될 경우, 개정 내용을 시행일 전 7일 이상 홈페이지 공지사항(게시판)을 통해 공지할 것입니다.
- This Terms and Conditions is effective as of August 1, 2023.
- If this Terms and Conditions is revised, the revision will be announced through the website notice (bulletin board) for at least seven days before the effective date.
