시사인사이드(SISAINSIDE, 이하 회사)는 회사가 제공하는 서비스(이하 서비스)의 지식재산권(구 지적재산권)은 물론 타인의 지식재산권까지도 보호하기 위해 지식재산권보호정책을 운영하고 있습니다.

SISAINSIDE (hereinafter the Company) operates the 'Intellectual Property Rights Policy to protect the intellectual property rights of the services provided by the Company (the Services) as well as the intellectual property rights of others.

1. 회사가 제공하는 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(기사, 사진, 이미지, 그래픽, 영상, 오디오, 파일 등)는 저작권법 등에 의해 보호되는 저작물로서, 별도로 저작권 표시 또는 다른 출처를 명시한 경우를 제외하고는, 원칙적으로 회사가 저작권을 보유하고 있습니다.


2. 회원이나 이용자가 작성해 서비스에 게시한 글이나 자료(이하 게시물)의 저작권은 작성자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 이때 게시물이 타인의 지식재산권을 침해한 경우 그에 대한 책임도 작성자 본인에게 귀속됩니다.


3. 회사는 서비스 내의 게시물이 지식재산권이나 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 회사의 정책 또는 관련 법령에 위반된다고 판단한 경우 해당 게시물을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

All contents (articles, photos, images, graphics, videos, audio, files, etc.) contained in the services provided by the Company are works protected by copyright laws and other regulations and, in principle, are copyrighted by the Company, unless otherwise indicated by a copyright notice or other source.


2. The copyright of articles or materials (hereinafter referred to as posts) written and posted by members or users on the service belongs to the author him/herself. At this time, if the post violates the intellectual property rights of others, the responsibility for it belongs to the author him/herself.


3. The company may delete a post in the service if it determines that it violates intellectual property rights or the rights of others or violates the company's policies or related laws.

1. 회사가 제공하는 서비스 내의 모든 지식재산권은 회사나 저작권자의 승낙 없이 전재, 복제, 출판, 전송, 배포, 판매, 변형, 방송 등의 행위를 할 수 없습니다.


2. 회사나 저작권자의 승낙을 받아 해당 지식재산권을 이용하는 경우 이의 출처를 반드시 표시해야 하며, 이의 내용을 무단으로 변경할 수 없습니다.


3. 회원과 이용자는 저작권법과 관련 법령 등을 준수해야 하며, 이를 위반할 경우 서비스 이용이 일시 또는 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.

1. All intellectual property rights in the services provided by the Company may not be reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, sold, modified, broadcast, etc. without the consent of the Company or the copyright holder.


2. If you use intellectual property with the permission of the company or copyright holder, you must indicate the source of the intellectual property, and you may not make any unauthorized changes to the content.


3. Members and users must comply with the Copyright Laws and related laws and regulations, and if they violate them, the use of the service may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

1. 회사의 서비스 내에 게시된 회원이나 이용자의 게시물을 제3자가 사용하고자 할 경우에는 반드시 해당 회원이나 이용자의 사전 동의를 얻은 뒤에 사용해야 합니다.


2. 회사는 회원이나 이용자의 게시물 사용에 대한 동의를 구하는 과정에 개입하거나 이를 중개하지 않습니다.

1. If a third party wishes to use a member's or user's postings within the Company's services, it must obtain the prior consent of the member or user.


2. The company does not intervene or mediate in the process of obtaining consent from members or users for the use of posts.

1. 회사의 서비스 내에 자신의 지식재산권이 침해됐다고 주장하는 권리자는 아래 양식을 활용하여 해당 게시물의 게시 중단 및 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. 저작권 침해 신고로 인해 게시 중단 또는 삭제 조치를 받은 회원 또는 이용자는 소명 자료를 제출하여 해당 게시물의 재게시를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. A member or user who has been suspended or removed due to a copyright infringement complaint may request reposting of the post by submitting supporting materials.
