시사인사이드(이하 회사)는 청소년을 유해한 환경으로부터 보호하기 위해 정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호등에관한법률 및 청소년보호법에 따라 청소년보호정책을 수립해 시행하고 있습니다.
이의 실행력을 담보하기 위해 회사가 추진하는 활동은 구체적으로 아래와 같습니다.

SISAINSIDE (hereinafter Company) has established and implemented a Youth Protection Policy in accordance with the 'Information and Communication Network Act(Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection)' and the 'Youth Protection Act' to protect youth from harmful environments. In order to ensure the effectiveness of this policy, the Company's activities are as follows.

회사는 청소년 보호 업무 담당자가 청소년보호법 등 관련 법률 규정들을 숙지할 수 있게 지속적으로 교육하고 있습니다. 그리고 청소년에게 유해한 정보가 발견되었을 경우 이에 대해 신속하게 조치할 수 있는 보고 및 의사 결정 절차도 마련되어 있습니다.

We provide ongoing training to ensure that those in charge of youth protection are familiar with relevant regulations and guidelines, including the Youth Protection Act. We also have reporting and decision-making procedures in place to ensure that we act quickly if we find information that is harmful to youth.

회사는 사전 점검을 통해 청소년에게 유해한 정보의 게재를 일체 금지하고 있습니다.

The Company prohibits the posting of any information that is harmful to youth through pre-screening.

회사는 유해 정보로 인한 피해 상담과 고충 처리업무의 전문성을 제고하기 위해 전담 인력을 배치하고 있으며, 이를 통해 관련 업무 처리 과정에서의 피해 확산을 최소화하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

The Company appoints dedicated personnel to enhance the expertise of consultation and grievance handling for harmful information and strives to minimize the spread of damage in the process of related work.

회사는 청소년 보호 업무의 실효성을 담보하기 위해 상시 청소년보호책임자를 지정해 청소년 유해 정보를 사전에 차단하는 등의 청소년 보호 업무를 적극적으로 수행하고 있습니다.

To ensure the effectiveness of its youth protection work, the Company actively conducts youth protection work by designating a youth protection officer at all times to proactively block harmful information for youth.

이 이용약관은 2023. 10. 4.부터 시행합니다.
